1. gather ingredients: mason jars, spoon, chia seeds, cashew or almond milk, vanilla, almond butter, flaxseed meal & honey (optional)(obviously makes it better)
2. add around 3T of chia seeds per 1C of liquid.
3. add a dollop of almond butter
4. add around 1T of flaxseed meal
5. add your liquid choice & a little honey
6. give it a good stir. i didn't stir mine enough the first time.
7. put on the lids and give them a good shake.
8. put in fridge and enjoy at your leisure :)
